SHIPPING & INSPECTION POLICY
Please Note: The standard shipping rates and estimated delivery times listed below apply exclusively to the Contiguous United States (lower 48 states and the District of Columbia). Shipping to international destinations, will be subject to additional surcharges and extended transit times calculated at checkout.
1. DELIVERY TIME:
Contiguous U.S. Standard: 2-4 days
Please Note: This timeframe is only approximate; longer delivery times may occur due to:
. The delivery staff is unable to contact the customer.
. The customer's delivery address is incorrect or difficult to find.
. Please provide accurate information; we are not responsible for delays or lost deliveries due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
2. DELIVERY METHOD:
Defining the responsibilities of merchants and logistics service providers regarding the provision of goods documentation during the delivery process.
Logistics service providers are responsible for providing proof of goods delivery (photos and signatures of the recipient) to both the buyer and seller upon request.
During the delivery process, our company will issue a goods invoice and send it via email to the address provided by the customer.
3. INSPECTION POLICY:
Please inspect the goods carefully as soon as you receive them from the delivery person. If there are any issues related to the product type, quality, or quantity not matching your order, please notify us immediately so we can coordinate with the delivery company to resolve the problem.
In the following cases, you may change or cancel your order:
- When the store has confirmed that the product has not yet been delivered.
- If the product has already been delivered, please refer to the Return & Refund Policy (here).
- In case of damage during shipping: For goods damaged during shipping, Kyperus will be responsible for resolving the issue for the customer. Customers have the right to refuse the product and request an exchange or return according to the Return & Refund Policy (here).
