Kyperus provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects to the original purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable. We guarantee that your Kyperus product is:

Free from defects
Free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranted against warpage
Strictly warranted against warpage under normal playing conditions.
What is not covered
To maintain fairness, the Kyperus warranty does not cover damage resulting from external factors or natural wear and tear:

Normal wear and tear
Including but not limited to tips, ferrules, joint threads, finish and paint, and wraps or grips.

Misuse or abuse
Damage caused by heavy impact outside of standard billiards play, dropping the cue, or using the product for unintended purposes.

Environmental factors
Damage associated with exposure to extreme temperatures or high humidity for prolonged periods.

Third-party intervention
Products that have been modified, tampered with, or repaired by any person or entity not authorized by Kyperus.
How to make a claim

The original purchaser must provide proof of purchase — an invoice or digital receipt.

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when your package arrives. It is vital evidence for resolving any damage claim associated with shipping.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees when sending products to the Kyperus service center for inspection.

If a claimed defect is determined to be covered under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, Kyperus will repair or replace the product at no cost for parts or labor. If the damage is found to be caused by the user, we will offer professional repair services at a supported rate for Kyperus members.
