RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Unboxing Video Requirement

To request any return or refund, please note that we will need a clear unboxing video that shows:

  • the shipping box/package condition (all sides)
  • the product condition immediately after opening (full view + close-ups)

* Please note that we can not process any return/refund requests without an unboxing video

2. Unused Items:

You can request a return/refund for unused cues/shafts within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible condition:

  • Unused (no chalk, no play, no alterations), please return with original packaging/accessories if available
  • No dents, or signs of wear.


Refund:

  • Refund is issued within 5-7 working days based on the original product price (excluding shipping fees).

3. Used Items (Already Chalked):

If the cue/shaft has been chalked or used, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible condition:

  • Light, normal use only.
  • No misuse/abuse, dents, cracks, deep scratches, or excessive use.

Refund:

  • Kyperus will refund 50% of the original product price paid (excluding shipping fees).
  • Shipping fees are not refunded.

4. Full Refund:

Kyperus will process a full refund for items under the following conditions:

  • Items with manufacturing defects, delivery damage.
  • Wrong items delivered.

* Please note that we can not process any return/refund requests without an unboxing video.

If your items are under any of the above categories, Kyperus will process a full refund of the original product price (excluding shipping fees)

5. How to Request a Return (Steps)

  • Prepare your unboxing video + clear photos of the product.
  • Please mail cs@kyperus.com with: order number, reason for return, unboxing video link (Google Drive/Dropbox).
